From the garden to the evening table
How Terra e Mare borrows from the garden, the boats, and a few growers who still answer the telephone.

Breakfast is the garden’s first argument: fruit, tomatoes, bread, oil. Lunch waits to see what the boats have done. Dinner is shorter than a city tasting menu and more stubborn about season.
The kitchen is called Terra e Mare because the two supplies are not a metaphor. Herbs and leaves come from the grounds and from growers between Villasimius and Castiadas. Fish comes from people who still work this water. If the catch is thin, the menu is thinner. That is hospitality, not a shortage.
Guests who want a different restaurant every night will be happier in town. Guests who want one table, well run, tend to stay for the week.
